Terms of Service
These terms cover orders placed with Owl Talyn Press. Placing an order means you agree to what is written here. If anything is unclear, email owlwisdom@oh.rr.com before you order and we will answer you directly.
Books and merchandise
Product descriptions list the available editions and options. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices shown in the shop are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout when you place your order.
Shipping
Orders are packed for shipping. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, but if something goes missing, contact us and we will help chase it.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition received, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back.
Email owlwisdom@oh.rr.com to request a return or report damage. Please include your order details and photos of any damage. We will provide return instructions by email.
The Reader’s Circle
The Reader’s Circle members receive 20 points just for joining and earn Points on purchases, which unlock the discount tiers shown on the site. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and reward tiers may be adjusted over time.
Artwork and intellectual property
Original designs, photos, product text and branding on this site belong to Owl Talyn Press and may not be reused without permission.

Running this website
This website is built, hosted and maintained by Velk Studio LLC for Owl Talyn Press. Because the site runs on Velk Studio systems, enquiries sent through it and the anonymous visit statistics it collects pass through those systems and can be seen by Velk Studio, which is needed to run, support and fix the service. Velk Studio does not sell that information, does not share it for anyone else's marketing, and does not use it for anything other than running the service.
